Dr explains during Live Stream (stream got cut off) that actors are being used to drive fear and achieve agenda

This stream got cut off, no surprise there, but I'm still posting so you can at least see proof of the gov't and media using what's called "crisis actors". I have seen more proof of these actors from different sources. This is not a new tactic by the way.
