I am not and have never been a doom and gloom person, I simply observe, and am pointing out, the facts. Now since most people believe only what they see on T.V., then maybe you might believe this report by 60Minutes (which was watered down BTW as to WHY this is really happening).
If you have no idea what is going on the...n you really don't have a chance.
My friends called my crazy when I told them raw land in Ft Myers that cost $1-$3K was going to skyrocket, it went to $60K in months. They called me crazy when I told them it was all coming down; they called me crazy when I told them back in '07'08 America is in a recession. Now I'm telling them tougher times are ahead, much tougher .... are they still calling me crazy?? Not all of them ...
