She does not expose all, she does not know all, in fact she does come off as a bit clueless as she is unable to put two and two together from what she herself knows?!. Do I trust this woman? NO, she may well still be a CIA asset. However, there is information here that is worth taking note of.
Remember, trust no one, do not believe everything, review all information with a critical mind ... think and check.
