So if a black man was pulled over by the cops, refused to step out of the vehicle when ordered repeatedly to do so, then has a gun in his lap and threatens to shoot them (they clearly see the gun and hear the threats), he would be 'allowed' to freely drive off just like this white man did, right?
I don't even waste my time arguing with people who claim there is little to no racism in America, and that there is no such thing as white privilege. And remember this is the America who is right now all over the world "spreading freedom" (no, conquering) to black and brown people.
