The CDC VERY QUIETLY changed their PCR amplification recommendations. WHY?

 [As usual the public at large is unaware of any of this.]

[People were in fear, panic, and confusion, and thus did as they were directed/told/ordered. But anyone who has moved past that (for instance if they now feel "safe"because they are vaccinated), should be able to look at things (i.e. see below) and realize what is really going on.]
